Evidence layers
Current place and competitor records, reviews, popular-times signals, public demographics, commercial listings, events and local regulations are collected when available.
Scoring
Scores compare a location with relevant local alternatives. Factors are weighted by business type; missing evidence reduces confidence rather than being silently replaced.
Published vs modelled
Published values retain their source, market and currency. Modelled investment, revenue, ROI and payback are labelled as estimates and never presented as guarantees.
Confidence
Confidence measures evidence completeness, not the chance of business success. A high score with low confidence should trigger more field validation.
Updates and limitations
Live sources are collected during analysis; public datasets carry a review date. Coverage varies by market, and users should verify leases, permits and supplier quotations before committing.
